We offer free shipping on all orders on the http://www.vacuum.dr website to the lower 48 states. If you live in Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska, please call for a reduced shipping quote.
3. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for 30 Days. After 15 days, returns will be charged a 20% restocking charge. The seller will pay return shipping costs if the product is damaged or defective. All other reasons we kindly ask the buyer to pay all return shipping.
4. I saw the same item on your website somewhere else for cheaper. What can you do for me?
Many items on the website are minimum advertised price which means thats as low as we can offer. If you find an item elsewhere over $300, please feel free to call 801-372-1149-we are happy to negotiate a lower price with you if possible.
5. Can you get something in stock for me that's not currently on your website?
